The ISBA Well-Being Committee sponsors the ISBA Wellness Club, a simple, flexible initiative designed to help members build sustainable fitness habits without pressure or perfection. The concept is intentionally straightforward: aim for 30 minutes of movement, three times per week. That’s it. No strict rules, no leaderboards, and no expectation that you will overhaul your routine.
