The Iowa State Bar Association has partnered with MMIT Business Solutions Group to provide their Managed Network Services to ISBA members. MMIT’s Managed Network Services is about more than just being there when a break/fix occurs. They take a comprehensive and proactive approach to help organizations secure their network and protect their data. These services extend through a number of areas, such as backing up data with cloud services and protecting your network and email. This allows you to become more efficient and lower your operating costs. As part of their managed care service, MMIT will provide ISBA members with a cost-free network assessment and opportunities to partner with law firms for unlimited help desk support. It is estimated that 98% of issues can be resolved remotely; for the other 2%, MMIT will deploy a technician at no additional cost for those firms within 60 miles of Des Moines. Those outside of this 60-mile radius will incur additional charges for onsite services.
