IowaDocs® is a yearly subscription only available to current ISBA members.  The “30-39 Attorneys” product is for a law firm that has thirty to thirty-nine Iowa attorneys in the firm, support staff is not counted.

IowaDocs® is a library of hundreds of legal templates created, endorsed and copyrighted by The Iowa State Bar Association that have been automated using XpressDox, a cloud-based only system. 

Each library entry or template has an interview that users provide answers to, which will result in customized document(s) that users can download as a word processing file(s).
