Effective February 10, 2025, the FTC and DOJ’s Antitrust Division will require parties submitting Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Premerger Notifications to comply with revised regulations and a new set of HSR Forms (with new instructions). This webinar will walk attendees through many of the critical changes set forth in the revised HSR Form and Instructions and provide practical advice to counsel advising clients in the M&A space as to what they should be doing as they contemplate potential deals after February 10, 2025.
