Bruce operate at the crossroads of technology and the law.
In today's market, every company is a technology company - whether they want to be or not. I assist companies of all scales to right-size their legal solutions based on practical advice, whether those problems are commercial negotiations, managing regulatory and privacy obligations, buying or selling technology, or overhauling policies and procedures for their new reality.
At Wray Law TCP, complex commercial negotiations are the norm, including in- and out-bound deals for technology, cybersecurity, and AI solutions. We offer grounded technology and data guidance, for everything from SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, proprietary software, and to free/open-source software (F/OSS) licensing and compliance. We also provide advanced information security, privacy, intellectual property, and F/OSS program guidance.
At the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic, we are setup to provide legal assistance to new and existing entrepreneurs impacting the heart of Omaha. Our aim is to assist with formation, funding, and operating concerns to help small businesses grow and build generational wealth within these communities.
At home, I am the husband of an amazing wife and mother, the father of seven children, an avid outdoorsman, and an avid indoors-man. Our family enjoys fishing, kayaking, golfing, knitting, baking, quilting, gaming, and reading.
