Attorney Benjamin K. Lynch graduated with honors from Drake Law School in Des Moines and built his career aggressively litigating hundreds of personal injury and workers compensation cases. Ben specializes in other areas of law including employment, civil rights, family, and criminal defense. Ben has been the recipient of several awards and was Best Law Firm in Des Moines by Des Moines Peoples Choice Awards. Additionally, Ben was recognized as one of the Top 40 Lawyers Under 40 and as a Super Lawyer by Thompson Reuters. His firm has 500+ Google reviews (5.0 rating) and has collected millions of dollars for hundreds of clients. Ben is on the Board of Directors for the Grubb YMCA, instructs on updates in the law, remains active in several legal associations, and takes pro bono cases for clients in extraordinary need.
