Biography:
Craig Nierman mediates and arbitrates commercial, insurance, healthcare, and tort claims. An AV-rated, 25+ year litigation veteran, he has taught Arbitration and Insurance at the University of Iowa College of Law. Prior to law school, Craig managed claims for an international insurer. He chairs ISBA's ADR section, is active in multiple ABA teams, has published on ADR, business, and insurance, and serves as president of the American Academy of ADR Attorneys.
