I work to evaluate strategic options necessary to deliver value maximizing outcomes for all stakeholders. In the insolvency context, I help clients navigate the complexities of the bankruptcy process or explore out-of-court restructuring alternatives. In the commercial real estate context, I help clients smoothly navigate transactions to allow the business deal to flourish without getting mired by legal issues.In my personal time, I enjoy rock climbing, tennis, and hiking. I enjoy Door County, Wisconsin, in particular. My personal interests include astrophysics and space travel, quantum computing, generalized artificial intelligence, and abstract mathematics.I am a past member of ROTARY/One Club of Chicago, the world's first service club. I view Rotary as a platform through which transformative ideas can be shared and cultivated into reality so as to make the world a better place. I am looking forward to joining a Rotary club in the Cedar Rapids area.
