From June 24 – 27, The Iowa State Bar Association (ISBA) will host its 2024 Annual Meeting at the at the Prairie Meadows Events & Conference Center in Altoona.

The Iowa High School Mock Trial competition is still in need of volunteers for regional competitions in Coralville, Ames, and the state tournament in Des Moines. 

On Tuesday, April 2, the Iowa Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in Bondurant.

"Arbitration: From Allegation to Zealous Advocacy" helps attendees learn strategies and techniques to effectively represent their clients throughout the process, from the nuts and bolts of drafting an arbitration clause and filing the complaint to zealous advocacy during the hearing and beyond.

On Friday, March 15, the ISBA, CNA, and Lockton Affinity present, Staying on Track: Managing Risk and Flourishing in Your Law Practice.

Consider giving back to the legal community and nurturing the development of future lawyers by volunteering as a judge for the high school mock trial competition.

The ISBA, the oldest voluntary state bar association in the nation, will celebrate its 150th anniversary in 2024.

Founded in 1874, The Iowa State Bar Association celebrates its 150th anniversary in 2024, with members cordially invited to a special ISBA Annual Meeting being held on June 24-27 at Prairie Meadows Events & Conference Center, including an evening celebration event on June 25.

The 20th annual Cady Cup golf tournament will be held on May 20 at the Amana Colonies Golf Club and registration is now open.
