The Iowa State Bar Association (ISBA) is rolling out the red carpet during the 2024 ISBA Annual Meeting for a series of networking opportunities that promise to be as professional as they are fun.

Gear up for an enriching day of learning and networking at the 2024 Tax and Estate Planning Institute, hosted by The Iowa State Bar Association (ISBA) Taxation Section from 8:30 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. on May 22.

Iowa State Bar Association members can save on CLE costs, including the 2024 ISBA Annual Meeting, by becoming an ISBA CLE Season Pass Holder.

This seminar, Arbitration: From Allegation to Zealous Advocacy, helps attendees learn strategies and techniques to effectively represent their clients throughout the process, from the nuts and bolts of drafting an arbitration clause and filing the complaint to zealous advocacy during the hearing and beyond.
