The ISBA introduces a new enhancement in IowaDocs® for probate inventories. Except for the Iowa Inheritance Tax form, which remains available only in PDF format, users now have the option to consolidate their entire probate inventory into a single comprehensive docx file.
By selecting a new option at the outset of the “Probate Inventory Set Procedure” interview, users can seamlessly compile their cover page, questionnaire/recap, and schedules into one cohesive docx file. This streamlined approach provides users with the convenience of a singular document.
For those who prefer to keep their documents separate, the option to maintain individual files remains available. This enhancement offers users flexibility in managing their probate inventory, catering to varying preferences for document organization.
