The Iowa State Bar Association’s 2026 Annual Meeting was held at Prairie Meadows Events & Conference Center in Altoona from June 22-25. The event was filled with insightful CLE and networking opportunities.
More than 778 lawyers and judges attended in person throughout the week. Attorneys and judges in Iowa were offered a total of 24.75 CLE hours, including ethics, diversity, wellness, and juvenile law credits.
Past President Kathy Law passed the gavel to President Stephanie Hinz, who started her year as the 140th president. The Young Lawyers Division Past President, Manuel Cornell, passed the gavel to President Aaron Jones.
