The Helpline is equipped to guide a broad range of practice management issues that Iowa attorneys face every day, including client intake and declination, assessing conflicts of interest, engagement agreements, calendar and docketing best practices, fee management and disputes, protecting client confidentiality, how to handle an error, scope of representation, withdrawing or terminating a representation, client file management, lawyer mobility, and planning for the start or close of a practice, including retirement.
