This final "Shift Happens" session focuses on turning good intentions into sustainable action by helping participants build effective schedules, develop consistent habits, and apply daily strategies that hold up even when motivation runs low. The "Harness Your Habits" live webinar will take place on May 5 from 4-5 p.m. Attendees will leave with practical, realistic tools to support long-term personal and professional well-being.
Speaker Melissa Byers has served for 10 years as executive director of the St. Petersburg Bar Association, a voluntary organization of 1,200 members. During her tenure, she introduced the wellness initiative “Healthy, Happy, Holistic Attorneys” to address the alarming rates of suicide, depression, and substance abuse within the legal profession. This program has been approved for 1 state CLE hour and 1 wellness hour. Registration is free for ISBA members.
