The catalog is especially valuable for those early in their careers. ISBA Young Lawyers Division Members (Years 1–5), along with law students, receive complimentary access to the entire catalog, making it an accessible and cost-effective professional development resource.
The Commission on Continuing Legal Education administers the continuing education program for Iowa attorneys. Each active Iowa attorney is required to attend a minimum of 15 hours of regular CLE each calendar year. The regular 15-hour requirement must include 1 hour of ethics instruction every year and 1 hour of attorney wellness or diversity. On-demand CLE programs offered through the catalog may be applied toward these requirements pursuant to Iowa Supreme Court Rules 41.3 and 42.2. CLE reports and fees are due by March 10, 2026.
