As more and more attorneys find themselves working from home in the weeks ahead, the ISBA is taking steps to assist members in adapting to these changes. As one resource, the ISBA is hosting a training webinar on how to use virtual meeting technology on Tuesday, March 24, at noon.
Presenters include Nick Critelli, CritelliLaw, P.C.; Tre Critelli, director of the Office of Professional Regulation; and Christy Cronin, ISBA CLE director. This FREE one-hour webinar will focus on the ethics and use of remote client meetings by using GoToMeeting and Zoom; secure file sharing using ShareFile, Dropbox or OneDrive; the use of electronic signature software like DocuSign and how to solve the problem of scheduling logistics with software like Doodle. You will also learn about client portals like BasecampHQ, Clio and Slack.
Click here to register, then you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar. You should register soon because there is a participant limit of 1,000. This webinar will qualify for one hour of Ethics CLE. It will also be recorded as a future resource for those who can’t attend.
