The Iowa Supreme Court has announced the schedule for its adjudicative term that runs from Sept. 2 of this year to June 30, 2020. Included in the calendar are three special evening oral argument sessions around the state – Muscatine, Oskaloosa and Des Moines – as well as at Drake and the University of Iowa law schools.
The state’s highest court has heard oral arguments in 29 communities around the state since May 2011. Those oral arguments, along with the court’s regular monthly oral argument sessions at the judicial branch, have been live-streamed and archived on the Iowa Courts YouTube channel for the last five years.
