Restrictive Covenants in Iowa - 101 (Live Webinar)

This presentation will cover the basics about restrictive covenants (non-solicitation and non-competition agreements, as well as confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements) and how to analyze them for enforceability under Iowa law – whether you are writing the covenants or counseling a client who has one.  Also discussed will be areas of overlap with the Iowa Trade Secrets Act, which can raise additional claims for employers and problems for former employees.
