ISBA welcomes you as an exhibitor. We look forward to having you join us for our 2017 ISBA Bridge the Gap
Seminar. This is a wonderful opportunity to meet our members and renew old acquaintances.

Application for Exhibit Space
Application for space must be made on the enclosed ISBA Exhibit Application and Agreement Form. Return the
completed application by September 7, 2017 to ISBA offices. Upon acceptance, a copy of the agreement will be
returned to each exhibitor as a receipt for assigned space. ISBA reserves the right to determine the eligibility of
exhibit space.

Booth Specifications and Exhibit Booth Payment
Exhibit space will be located outside of the ballroom. Booths will consist of 6 foot skirted tables with break stations
placed in between booths. Exhibitors can exhibit for one day or both days to fit their schedules (single day rental fee is $150 and both days would be $275).

The exhibit area will be available for installation of exhibits from 6:30am to 8am on Thursday, September 14. The
coat room will be available for exhibitor storage if exhibiting both days. All exhibit materials must conform to the fire
regulations and electrical codes of the exhibit area. All packing materials and containers must be removed from the
floor and aisles. No exhibit may protrude into the aisle or block the view of neighboring exhibits. Exhibitors are
prohibited from attaching anything on the surface of theWest Des Moines Marriott Hotel’s property. Exhibitor’s
printed materials may be distributed within the assigned booth area only. Any materials ISBA considers objectionable
will not be allowed to be distributed. Exhibitor’s printed materials may be distributed within the assigned booth area

Exhibitor Badges and Registration
ISBA will issue a badge with proper identification of each exhibitor. Please use the attached application form to
identify the names of your organization’s representatives who will be in your booth. We will have their badges ready
when they arrive.

Cancellations by an exhibitor must be made in writing and must be received by ISBA on or before Septemeber 8.
Written cancellations received by ISBA on or before Septemeber 8 entitles the exhibitor to a refund, less a $50
processing fee, of all monies paid by the exhibitor to ISBA before that date. Cancellations received after that
date entitle ISBA to keep all monies received from the exhibitor. However, if canceled exhibit space
is resold with the entire exhibit hall space sold out, ISBA will refund the canceled exhibitor’s
payment less a $50 processing fee.

ISBA shall not be responsible to exhibitors for damages, losses and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may
arise from exhibitor’s participation in the 2017 ISBA Bridge the Gap Seminar. Exhibitors assume the entire
responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arriving out of injury or damage to exhibitor’s displays,
equipment and other property brought upon the premises of the West Des Moines Marriott Hotel and shall indemnify
and hold harmless ISBA employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims. ISBA reserves the right to
make such changes, amendments and additions to this agreement as considered advisable for the proper conduct of the exhibit with provision that all exhibitors will be advised of any such changes.

Raffles and drawings will be permitted. Vendors will be contacted by the ISBA asking if they plan to provide prizes
during the trade show. Drawing winners will be announced September 15 at the last break of the afternoon. Audio and visual equipment being used in one exhibit area shall not unreasonably interfere with activities of any other

Subletting of exhibit space is prohibited.

ISBA cannot guarantee against loss, fire and damage. ISBA’s insurance policies do not provide coverage for
exhibitor’s protection. Exhibitors are responsible for their own property through insurance or self-insurance.
ISBA does not discriminate in its educational programs on the basis of race, religion, color, sex or handicap. ISBA
wishes to ensure no individual with a disability is excluded, denied services or segregated or otherwise treated
differently than other individuals because of the absence of auxiliary aids and services. ISBA will continue to encourage attendees to visit the exhibit hall. Break times with coffee available in Exhibit Hall only, have been scheduled each day to allow time for viewing exhibit booths.
