“To Contest or Not Contest:  An Overview of IOSHA Legal Proceedings” will cover the administrative law process of an IOSHA contested case from start to finish: how to file a Notice of Contest; the discovery process, formal Settlement Agreements, the hearing process itself,  and appeals. This CLE will also cover the Expedited Informal Settlement Process/Agreements, Informal Settlement Conferences, Warrants, Subpoenas, and what are the Top Ten Citations issued by the Iowa Occupational Safety and Health Administrator.
