China has now become a global economic force and much of U.S. trade, commerce and foreign relations increasingly focus on the growing ties between the world's largest and second largest economies. Iowa businesses and exports now frequent Chinese markets as do Chinese goods in the U.S., making business ties between China and Iowa a driver of Iowa's transitioning economy.
