The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has become increasingly vigilant in investigating allegations of unethical conduct by IP attorneys. This webinar will focus on the types of conduct that are most likely to get patent or trademark practitioners in ethical hot water with the Office of Enrollment and Discipline.  The webinar will address the nature of those ethical risks and best practices individual IP lawyers and their employers can implement to avoid violating the USPTO’s ethics rules.
