ISBA welcomes you as a vendor. We look forward to having you join us for our Juvenile Law Seminar.  This is a wonderful opportunity to meet our members and renew old acquaintances.

Application for Vendor Space
Application for space must be made on the enclosed ISBA Vendor Application and Agreement Form.  Return the completed application by April 11, 2016 to ISBA Headquaters. ISBA reserves the right to determine the eligibility of exhibit space.

Vendor Booth Payment
The rental fee for each 6-foot table is $150 and is payable with the request. Booth assignments will be made at the discretion of ISBA.  Lunch sponsorship is $500 and includes time at the podium during lunch to speak with in-house participants and live webinar participants.  Lunch sponsorship includes booth space at the Juvenile Law Seminar and the Criminal Law Seminar the next day.

The vendor area will be available for installation of exhibits from 6:30 am to 7:30 am on Thursday, April 28. All vendor materials and equipment must be removed from the vendor area by 5:30 pm on Thursday, October 28.  All vendor materials must conform to the fire regulations and electrical codes of the ISBA. Vendors are prohibited from attaching anything on the surface of the ISBA’s property. Any materials ISBA considers objectionable will not be allowed to be distributed.

Vendor Badges and Registration
ISBA will provide vendor badges. Please use the attached application form to identify the names of your organization’s representatives who will be in your booth. Each vendor will receive a vendor packet at their booth on Thursday, April 28. The vendor packet will contain a seminar agenda, vendor name badges, printed list of registrants.

Cancellations by a vendor must be made in writing and must be received by ISBA on or before April 19, 2016. A written cancellation received by ISBA on or before April 19, 2016 entitles the vendor to a refund, less a $50 processing fee, of all monies paid by the vendor to ISBA before that date. Cancellations received after that date entitles ISBA to keep all monies received from the vendor. ISBA shall not be responsible to vendors for damages, losses and/or claims from any cause whatsoever that may arise from vendor’s participation in the Family Law Meeting. Vendors assume the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims arriving out of injury or damage to vendor’s displays, equipment and other property brought upon the premises of the ISBA and shall indemnify and hold harmless ISBA employees from any and all such losses, damages and claims. ISBA reserves the right to make such changes, amendments and additions to this agreement as considered advisable for the proper conduct of the exhibit with provision that all vendors will be advised of any such changes.

Raffles and drawings will be permitted and encouraged. Please contact the ISBA if you plan to provide prizes during the trade show. Drawing winners will be announced April  28, 2016 at the end of the seminar.
