Statistics show that substance abuse and mental health issues impact lawyers more than the national population. Impaired Lawyers: Impact on the Person and the Profession is a presentation exploring the personal and ethical impact of substance abuse, mental health issues and other addictions. We also discuss the importance of balance in a lawyer’s life and how the lack of balance affects those issues.
