The population is aging and most attorneys are serving older clients, as well as family members and caregivers of older persons. The mix of legal issues and relationship dynamics sometimes requires the attorney wear multiple hats and can result in sticky ethical issues.

During this continuing legal education, the presenters will discuss the attorney’s role in elder law cases and the applicable ethical rules using case scenarios.
