This live webinar will discuss the need to think beyond the business purpose of organizational documents or other business agreements, such as buy-sell agreements. It is important to include provisions that help simplify the estate planning process for the owners of the business. Many provisions to be considered for estate planning reasons may also protect the business. For example, by restricting who may hold the position of Personal Representative, Trustee or Agent under an owner’s estate plan, as to decisions affecting the ownership interests in the business.
