Learn ways to help Iowa lawyers from a variety of backgrounds and stages of life succeed. Learn ways to interrupt implicit and explicit bias you may encounter in your day to day legal work. Learn ways to counter the trend of increasingly rude and demeaning behavior through civility interventions. Learn ways to stay mentally and physically healthy in your professional lives so you can ethically and competently advocate for yourself and others.
