A well-written IP-related agreement needs to accomplish two goals for a business: protect the company and protect the company’s intellectual property. There are a number of different agreements at your disposal to address these business goals.

This discussion will include the pros and cons of various IP agreements. The presentation will also address which intellectual property agreements work best and what information is typically included depending on where a company may be in the development process. And, the speakers will bring their unique experiences as in-house counsel with a global Fortune 500 company to provide keys to look for that may indicate when an IP agreement should be implemented.
