This presentation will discuss the basics of intellectual property (IP) protections available, including patents, trademark and copyrights. Attendees will get insights and advice regarding key questions to ask a client to help identify potential IP protection opportunities before it is too late to capture those assets for the company/client. Appreciation of the time limitations for taking action and the types of protection available will help ensure that your client’s assets do not inadvertently go unprotected.
