The University of Iowa College of Law is 27th, Drake University Law School is 113th and Creighton University School of Law is 115th in the recently released 2015 law school rankings by U.S. News and World Report. In addition, The National Law Journal compiled data showing the 10 law schools that saw their rankings increase the most from 2013-2014, and the 10 schools whose rankings declined the most from last year to this year.

The annual rankings of the 194 law schools fully accredited by the ABA are based on a weighted average of 12 measures of quality. The measures of quality include Quality Assessment, Selectivity, Bar Passage Rate, Faculty Resources and Placement Success. Data for this year’s rankings were collected last fall and early this year.

The University of New Hampshire School of Law had the largest increase in its ranking from 2013-2014 with a jump of 26. Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kans., was second with a jump of 25.

Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law had the greatest decline in its ranking with a 27. See the schools with the greatest increase and greatest decline in rankings here.
