New Iowa ethics opinion addresses wrongful lawyer accusations

A new ethics opinion was recently posted to the ISBA’s Committee on Ethics and Practice Guidelines page. The opinion covers wrongfully accusing a lawyer of unethical conduct, fraud, dishonesty or deceit to gain a tactical advantage.
