The Iowa Supreme Court has ordered modifications to planned changes for the Iowa Rules of Appellate Procedure taking effect today, March 1. Changes set forth in a Nov. 18 order required new forms 7 and 10 for Rule 6.1401.
The new form 7 contains an amended internal rule reference consistent with last year’s changes and has been streamlined for better clarity. This replaces the previous version of form 7.
The newly adopted form 10 was created to meet the requirement to include a certificate of compliance set forth in November’s order. Both of the forms, as well as the order from last week, are available on the Supreme Court’s website. They become effective along with the new rule on March 1.
