The Iowa State Bar Foundation has announced a raffle for a trip for two on an Alaskan Cruise July 21-28. There are 200 tickets available for the raffle, at $50 each, that are available at the bar office and upcoming bar events until they are all sold. The cruise begins and ends in Seattle, with airfare included in the raffle package.
The drawing for a winner will be held on March 1, 2017, or after all tickets have been sold. Due to legal restrictions, tickets must be purchased in person by cash or check, with all proceeds benefiting the Foundation. For questions, contact Harry Shipley at 515-697-7868, or firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Iowa State Bar Foundation was established in 1944 to support the efforts of The Iowa State Bar Association to advance jurisprudence and the administration of justice through education and research. The Foundation provides another opportunity to support worthwhile law-related projects that enhance the profession and the practice of law in the state and serve the public through education on the legal system.
