Participants needed for ABA Commission on Women in the Profession research project

The ABA Commission on Women in the Profession is looking for practicing attorneys across all generations and practice types to take part in a research project entitled: "This Talk Isn't Cheap: Women of Color and White Women Attorneys Find Common Ground."

The project aims to explore the racial and ethnic dynamics in the workplace between women of color and white women attorneys. Through a series of guided conversations, participants will discuss how women attorneys, across racial and ethnic lines interact in the workplace, and the implications of those interactions.

Volunteers in the project will participate in a confidential telephonic focus group led by a skilled facilitator. Participation would involve one session, to be conducted via teleconference in the fall of 2016, and will last approximately 60-90 minutes in length.
