document management system in district courts. The deadline for comment is 4:30
p.m., Friday, Oct. 14.
current request comes as a result of the court’s revision of the EDMS rules to
incorporate comments received last winter during a public comment period. The
court has also recast Chapter 16 as the Iowa Rules of Electronic Procedure.
