"Identity theft and the employment arrangement,” and "How to get the deal done: Tips and Wisdom from Employment Law Mediators” are two of the many topics on tap for the 2016 Labor and Employment Law seminar scheduled for Friday, Oct. 14. The seminar, which offers seven state hours of CLE credit, including one hour of ethics and 6.5 hours of federal credit, will be held at the Hilton Garden Inn in Johnston, Iowa.

A law practice management topic, "What you didn’t learn in law school: How to effectively manage a law practice,” will be presented near the end of the day by a panel of three veteran Iowa attorneys – Thomas Duff, Deborah Tharnish and Mark Zaiger.
