To provide an organization in which members who have an interest in administrative law and procedure, both federal and state, can meet for discussion and exchange of ideas; to review proposed legislation; to better enable its members to practice effectively in this field.

 Registered Members

To provide an organization in which members who have an interest in agricultural law can meet for discussion and exchange of ideas; to review legislation affecting this area of the practice and to propose new legislation or the repeal of undesirable laws; to keep its members informed of new development and enable them to practice effectively in this field.

Recognizing the problems caused by the increasing delays and rising costs of the conventional resolution of disputes through the court system, this section is charged to study and report to the Board of Governors from time to time, its recommendation for implementing alternative methods of dispute resolution.

This section shall have committees dealing with the subject of Iowa Title Standards and Iowa Title Guaranty which shall function in the same manner as their predecessor committees; the section shall study and report on developments in the real estate and title area and facilitate the practice of real estate law in the state.

This section shall make such study and recommendations in the field of taxation and shall present such program or programs with relation thereto as it deems necessary or proper, subject to the approval of the Board of Governors.
