SPEAKER Gail Sheridan-Lucht, Iowa Workforce Development Department
This
telephone presentation should help attorneys who have clients that have just had an Iowa Occupational
Safety and Health (IOSH)
inspection and don’t know what to do next. The seminar will walk
attorneys through the IOSH appeal process from beginning to end: what to
expect, what procedures to follow, who to speak with from the IOSH office,
what the deadlines are, etc. Sample forms will be provided to enlighten
the audience on exactly what IOSH does after a citation is issued.
