This tax session, featuring Kristy Maitre and Kristine Tidgren from Iowa State University's Center for Agricultural Law & Taxation, examines the ethical rules all tax return preparers, including attorneys, must follow. Although general Circular 230 rules will be reviewed, the focus of this webinar will be on new requirements, such as the expanded due diligence rules and nondisclosure, privacy and data safeguard requirements.
