2016 BTG Speaker Form and Information
September 8-9, 2016
Thank you again for agreeing to participate in the 2016 Bridge the Gap that will be held Thursday, Sept. 8, and Friday, Sept. 9. Just a reminder that the program will be held at West Marriott Hotel, 1250 Jordan Creek Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266. Please register as a speaker and fill out the requested speaker information (short bio, title of your presentation, short paragraph about the topic you will be covering, contact information you would like listed on the cover page, AV and etc.). Additional Outline Information
All materials must be submitted to the Bar office in electronic format. We are able to open the following software: Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, Corel and Power Point.

The Final copy is due August 19 by 5:00 p.m. for assembling and distributing purposes. It is very important that you submit an outline since the attendees are expecting your materials.
Page Margins: No less than one (1) inch margin on top, bottom and sides.
The first page of the written materials will include a title page. The Bar office will prepare the title page. Please furnish the following information: The exact title of your presentation, your name, address, phone, and fax. (We typically do not put
e-mail addresses on title page, however if you would like us to include your e-mail address please let us know).
The maximum length is thirty (30) pages. This includes any reference materials, forms or bibliographies. If the outline exceeds 30 pages, please call the Bar office at 515-697-7874.

As a speaker, you automatically receive complimentary registration for the seminar as well as one night hotel accommodation if you are traveling over 100 miles. Room and tax will be paid for by the Bar Association.
