On December 21, 2012 the Iowa Supreme Court issued a supervisory order establishing a three year pilot project for the Iowa Business Court. Judge John D. Telleen was one of three judges appointed to Court. Attorney Joe Harris recently appeared before the Court. They will discuss the workings of the Business Court.
