Collaborative law provides families going through divorce a process to resolve issues without resorting to traditional litigation. In addition to reducing the time and cost of divorce, compared to the traditional model, the collaborative approach actively engages clients in crafting the ultimate solution. This added by-in during the process increases the likelihood that the couple can work together as co-parents moving forward. This presentation will discuss the paradigm shift in collaborative work as well as the specifics of handling a collaborative case.
